The court accepted PW1's credibility, found the long usage of the WhatsApp number and the parties' relationship linked the number to the appellant, accepted PW1's interpretation that "collecting photos" meant her naked photos given prior display and refusal to delete, and found objectively and subjectively the message threatened reputational harm and was intended to frighten; evidence proved the offence beyond reasonable doubt, so the conviction stands.
