    The Court accepted the trial judge's findings that the letter did not identify the plaintiff and that witness evidence supported the statements about the night-shift manager's conduct; therefore the defendants proved a justification/privileged occasion and the plaintiff failed to show malice or that the trial judge's factual findings were clearly wrong, so the appeal is dismissed.
