Prosecution proved beyond reasonable doubt both physical possession and control of the seized Methamphetamine and an unbroken chain of custody together with corroborative evidence (CCTV, keys, access card, DNA, packaging similarity) establishing knowledge and possession; the innocent carrier explanation was rejected as an afterthought; for the 75.64g quantity the statutory presumption of trafficking applied; accordingly accused convicted on both counts and sentenced as prescribed by statute.
