The court held that a section 33 certificate shall be issued against the first and second respondents to enforce the High Court order dated 21.8.2020 because liability as to those respondents is final following appellate processes; objections to issuance based on deduction/return of RM64,056,219.00 were barred by res judicata and no formal application was made to vary the High Court order, therefore the court would not vary the order and granted the application in terms. No costs were ordered.
