The Court affirmed the High Court's factual findings: the settlement funds were disbursed lawfully pursuant to instructions attributed to the 1st plaintiff (in his capacity as director), the statutory declarations and contemporaneous bank documents were admissible and reliable, the sale and purchase agreement and transfer were validly executed and attested, the proffered recorded digital evidence was inadmissible for lack of pleaded foundation and authentication, and therefore the appellants failed to discharge the burden of proof; appeals dismissed and High Court decision affirmed.
