On the balance of probabilities the appellant sustained an accident on 18 August 1995 causing an acute traumatic knee injury as identified by the treating GP; medical evidence (Dr Isaac) and the appellant's account established work-relatedness and the appeal is allowed classifying the 18 August 1995 injury as a work injury.
