Defendant's methamphetamine offending was assessed at the upper end of Band 2 with a central role and commercial quantities; a starting point of nine years for methamphetamine was fixed, uplifted three years for significant BZP and cannabis offending and one year for deception/firearm conduct producing an initial aggregate of 13 years, reduced by six months for totality/credit for prior custody to a final sentence of 12 years and six months; no minimum period was fixed and matters of parole were left to the Parole Board.
