The Court ordered disclosure of the original construction contracts and the detailed contractual specifications for Kingston West and Lakeside West because those documents are relevant to the pleaded implied term as to quality of specification and to alleged prejudicial acts, are in the plaintiff's possession or control, and the exception to particulars-before-discovery doctrine applies, so disclosure to facilitate the expert inspection was justified.
