The appellant failed to discharge the burden of proving that a particular property or characteristic of her workplace caused or materially contributed to her fibromyalgia as required by s.7(1)(a); medical evidence did not support a causal link and therefore the Review Authority's decision refusing cover was correctly affirmed.
