The court adopted the prior sentence indication of 12 months' home detention for each charge, to be served concurrently, because the offending was street-level and relatively minor commercial dealing, the defendant was a first-time offender who expressed genuine remorse and was assessed suitable for home detention; financial hardship did not justify reducing the indicated sentence.
