The court exercised its discretion to reduce the claimed 2B time allowances by 1.5 days (reducing claimed 7.3 days to 5.8 days) because the case management conference attendance amounted to about six minutes and written submissions were longer than necessary; accordingly costs on the modified 2B scale were awarded to the appellant totaling $11,542 (disbursements approved) and no Family Court costs were ordered.
