The judge's factual finding of psychological abuse was supported by repeated abusive posts and related conduct; given the pattern of behaviour, breach of a prior undertaking, proximity of residences and unresolved relationship property tensions an objective assessment justified a reasonable fear of future psychological abuse and therefore a protection order was necessary under s14.
