Interest on the $510,000 notional licence fee award is payable at the Judicature Act 1908 rate (no compounding) running on the full judgment sum from the mid-point of the breach period fixed at 1 May 2005 to date of judgment; costs for the 2017 hearing are awarded to the plaintiff on category 2 band B without adjustment and reasonable disbursements allowed subject to specified reductions; 2016 hearing costs follow the appeal and are fixed in favour of the third defendant in the sum claimed where appropriate.
