The appeal was dismissed because the High Court found no material error: the sentencing judge's starting point and discounts were explainable, prior home detention had not been effective, and a sentence of home detention was not a proper exercise of discretion in the circumstances; therefore the six month imprisonment sentence was appropriate and would not be disturbed.
