The appeal was dismissed because the appellant filed clear notices abandoning the appeal, such that the appeal must be treated as dismissed under r 20.12(2); alternatively the appeal was properly dismissed under r 15.1 as an abuse of process given the appellant's lack of standing as an undischarged bankrupt, prolonged failure to remedy that defect, multiplicity and incoherence of complaints unrelated to the respondent, and absence of a reasonably arguable case; respondent entitled to costs on a 2B basis.
