Under Regulation 6(3)(b) the respondent was prohibited from making payments for months where assessed transport did not exceed the statutory monthly threshold; because June, July and August 1996 totals were below that threshold and reimbursement is fixed by regulation, the review officer's decision was correct and the appeal is dismissed.
