The appropriate starting point for supply of not less than 269g methamphetamine is eight years' imprisonment; that starting point was reduced by 10% to reflect the defendant's diminished culpability due to vulnerability and exploitation by her partner, further reduced by eight months for rehabilitation efforts and by 15% for a late guilty plea, producing an effective concurrent sentence of five and a half years' imprisonment on the 14 convictions.
