On the medical evidence the April 1995 incident caused a tear to the rectus/abdominal muscle and the August 1995 sneezing incident produced a separate lumbar disc/sciatic injury at a different site; therefore the events constitute two separate claims and the review officer correctly obtained consent and conducted the reconstituted review, so his decision stands.
