- High Court
The Court held that for work carried out in the High Court the respondents' claimed costs were largely justified, including increasing to band C for preparation of written submissions; costs recoverable by the respondents were reduced by $3,585 to reflect the respondents' failure on cross-appeal; the net amount that would have been ordered against the aided appellant was $23,183 plus disbursements $609.36, but enforcement of that liability was affected by s45 of the Legal Services Act 2011.
