All three appeals dismissed: (1) the community work order substituted for unpaid fines could not be attacked in this appeal because challenges to infringement notices must follow established procedural routes and prior determinations precluded relitigation; (2) exclusion of evidence that was irrelevant and inadmissible did not breach the appellant's right to a fair trial; and (3) police lawfully instructed the appellant not to re-enter his tent, the instruction was heard and understood, and the appellant intentionally obstructed the officer, so the obstruction conviction was upheld.
