The sentencing judge's factual error overstating the ketamine's street value affected the appropriateness of the 12‑month uplift; reducing the uplift to six months and recalculating mitigations (7 months) and the guilty plea discount (25%) produced a substituted overall sentence of five years two months for the MDMA importation and five months for the ketamine importation, to be served concurrently.
