On re-sentence the Judge set the ACM van robbery starting point at seven years, declined to materially alter the uplifts for the additional offending, fixed overall starting points of 11 years (Williams) and 10 years (Emery), allowed a 10% s27 reduction for each and an additional 5% for Williams for rehabilitation, producing end sentences of nine years four months for Williams and nine years for Emery, and upheld a minimum period of imprisonment of 50% for both.
