Leave to appeal out of time was granted; the sentencing judge did not predetermine the sentence nor misdirect himself about deterrence and denunciation; the reductions for personal circumstances were substantial and not plainly wrong notwithstanding arithmetic errors that produced a benefit to the appellant; the sentence of imprisonment was within the appropriate range and is therefore upheld.
