Section 10(1)(e) of the Act is to be given a broad liberal interpretation such that 'living arrangements' can include temporary changes of arrangements for contact; the Family Court therefore had jurisdiction to order fortnightly unsupervised contact and the Family Court's discretionary decision to allow modest increased day contact was open on the evidence and within its expertise and remit.
