THE KIWI PARTY INCORPORATED v ATTORNEY_x001e_GENERAL [2020] NZSC 2
- Citation
- [2020] NZSC 2
- Court
- Supreme Court
The application for an extension of time to apply for leave for a leapfrog appeal is dismissed because the applicant failed to establish exceptional circumstances under s75 Senior Courts Act 2016 and the Court of Appeal's allocation of the appeal to a divisional court did not justify bypassing the Court of Appeal; the Court of Appeal should decide the appeal first and any application for leave to the Supreme Court can be considered thereafter.
