The court dismissed the Intervener's stay application and refused leave to appeal because the Intervener had filed evidence and submissions in opposition and there was no additional material to justify further hearing; however, the court granted leave to the 2nd Defendant to appeal and stayed the orders against it in HCMP 801 and 802 because the court had proceeded on the mistaken assumption that the 2nd Defendant was neutral and thus the 2nd Defendant was not given an opportunity to oppose orders made against it.
