The trial judge lawfully admitted the confession after finding it voluntary and true; the late breach of the Judge's Rules was not materially prejudicial; given the evidence before the trial judge and the applicable standard of appellate review, no reasonable judge could be said to have rejected the trial judge's findings and there was no lurking doubt as to the safety of the conviction, so the appeal is refused.
