The court was satisfied that the applicant is entitled to redeem the mortgages, that reasonable steps were taken to locate the mortgagees but they cannot be found, and that sums of $600 in each case are more than sufficient to discharge the mortgages; accordingly the court granted leave to pay $600 into Court in each proceeding under s12A CPO and directed publication and subsequent steps permitting the applicant to apply for a declaration that the lands be free from the mortgages after the prescribed notices and time periods.
