On the evidence the Mother operated the bank accounts as her own and provided the monies for the BoEA and ICBC accounts and for the HSBC Premier account (except an existing balance of HKD681,183.53 attributable to W). The Mother contributed 40% of Shop 9 purchase money and provided the cash component (50%) for Metro Harbour View; the mortgage liabilities accounted for the remainder and were the responsibility of H.
