It held that (1) the allegation of dishonesty could not be raised for the first time on appeal where it was not part of the case below; (2) given the absence of dishonesty, the Tribunal's 30‑month suspension was within the proper sentencing range and not manifestly inadequate; (3) the respondent's undertakings were accepted and the temporal restriction was extended to five years; and (4) the Law Society was ordered to pay the respondent's costs.
