On the contemporaneous documentary evidence and witness testimony the Plaintiff established a good arguable case; the Defendant retained assets within the jurisdiction; the purported sales to the Defendant's children were commercially inexplicable and likely sham; there is a real risk of unjustified dissipation; accordingly the Mareva injunction should be continued until trial and costs awarded to the Plaintiff.
