On brief consideration the Award was manifestly valid: ES had a reasonable opportunity to present its case (including agreeing to written examination of supplemental evidence), the tribunal's refusal of a further oral hearing was a permissible case management decision and did not constitute a serious denial of natural justice, and ES failed to establish any enforceability‑defeating set‑off; accordingly the setting aside application was dismissed and enforcement upheld.
