There was sufficient prima facie evidence of ongoing harassment, threats and physical assaults linked to the probate dispute such that a serious issue exists for trial; balancing convenience and safety considerations favoured continuing the interim injunction. Accordingly the interim injunction was continued until further order and procedural directions for affidavits and conversion to originating summons were given.
