On the balance of probabilities the court accepted plaintiffs' version: physical damage to the defendant's car (left-front impact and burst left-front tyre), police diagram/photographs and SP1's investigation established defendant was traveling from top to bottom in lane A1-A2 and entered lane A-A1 causing the collision.
