Security for costs refused: although the plaintiff is impecunious, her claim is reasonably arguable, the defendant delayed in applying for security, the conditional fee arrangement does not amount to litigation funding that justifies security, and ordering meaningful security would likely prevent the plaintiff pursuing the claim and cause injustice by denying access and stalling resolution of the trust property dispute.
